Plating Masterclass with Chef Exose Grant

Year 11 students at Dixons Ashton Academy enjoyed an inspiring visit from Manchester-based chef Exose Grant, known for his appearances on MasterChef: The Professionals and Great British Menu.

Exose delivered a masterclass in plating and presentation, demonstrating valuable skills for students’ Hospitality and Catering qualification. The students showed fantastic focus and enthusiasm, watching carefully before putting their new skills into practice.

Their pride in their finished dishes was wonderful to see. A huge thank you to Exose for generously giving his time and expertise—the students were incredibly grateful for such a memorable experience!
